I will help you to build a realistic picture of what you would like to change and set some goals. (Warning: This will probably be the start of you becoming who you really want to be...)
We will then make a step by step plan to make these changes in a manageable way.
If any issues occur along the way we will address them, again finding reasonable solutions.
As you move towards your goals we can make adjustments as you realise you are able to do more than you imagined!

What's included?
1:1 coaching to support you throughout the program
Personal Action Plan
After each session I will send you a follow-up email with the session notes and any action points, information sheets or usefeul web links.
Between sessions I will check in regularly via text, or phone, to make sure all is well and to offer a bit of ongoing motivation!
The cost?
The first initial consultation is free (which you may have had before the Habits program).
Each subsequent hour is £60 - £125 depending on the amount of weekly support required.
