It gives comfort, safety and an easy way of getting on with life.

What happens then? Habits can become barriers, obstacles, unhelpful. They seem to be insurmountable because they are the structures of our day, we know how to operate within them, we don't have to spend time and energy reinventing a smoothly rolling, if slightly squeaky, wheel.

Cost?
First initial consultation is free.
Each subsequent session is £60 - £125 depending on the level of weekly support required.
If you pay upfront for blocks of sessions the cost is reduced.
