Is Coaching for You?

If you have had enough of the same old same old.....If you've tried to change but not been able to maintain it......If you know what you want but don't know how to get there..Then, Yes It Is!

 

It starts with you.

You may have a goal in mind, or an issue that you want to overcome. We will discuss this in the initial, free consultation. If more than one session is needed, we will decide on a program that will help you to make the changes you need. Whilst there are some set programs, very often we come up with a bespoke program that is unique to you - one size does not fit all!

Many of the problems we encounter as we move through our lives stem from habits, patterns and beliefs that we don't even know are affecting our thoughts, feelings and behaviour. We have always done them, or they are so ingrained we don't even know how they came about any more. Coaching is all about unpicking these and clearing the way for new ways of thinking and being that get us where we really want to be. 

It's all about you.

Changing how we work, how we eat, what we do on a daily basis - this is not an easy task - otherwise we'd all be super healthy and living our best lives already! Constraints of time, ideas about how we should be and factors that we are not even aware of, can get in the way of living in a way that will maximise our feeling of freedom, reduce stress, increase our health and energy.

 

Coaching is not like being on the analyst's couch, but some honest truths may need to be examined! Everything remains confidential and no judgements will be made. This is your time and place to be your true self so that you can leave the old stuff behind and move into a Better way of Living.

 

The coaching process gives a practical pathway to changing anything that is problematic in your life. 

It ends with you.

From the start of your coaching, the overall aim is to get you to a place where you can maintain new habits, new behaviours and clear thinking. When you are ready to go it alone, you will be shown how to monitor these to ensure  you are confident, have  the right toolkit and faith in your ability to be who you want to be.

The cost?

The first initial consultation is free.

Each subsequent hour is £60 - £125 depending on the amount of weekly support required.

After each session I will send you a follow-up email with the session notes and any action points, information sheets or usefeul web links. 

Between sessions I will check in regularly via text, or phone, to make sure all is well and to offer a bit of ongoing motivation!

If you book a block of sessions and pay upfront the cost is reduced.
