What's included?

1:1 coaching to support you throughout the program

After each session I will send you a follow-up email with the session notes and any action points, information sheets or usefeul web links. 

Between sessions I will check in regularly via text, or phone, to make sure all is well and to offer a bit of ongoing motivation!

The cost?

The initial consultation is free (which you may have had before the Habits program). 

Each subsequent hour is £60 - £125 dependng on the amount of weekly support required. 

If you pay upfront for blocks of sessions the cost is reduced -
